Senior Pastor
Lenny Luchetti
Pastor Lenny Luchetti has been serving in ministry since he was 23 years of age as a pastor and preaching professor. Lenny is a popular speaker at camps, colleges, conferences and churches. He has written several books and articles to help people in their quest for Jesus. His passion is to make Jesus famous and empower people to live into the God-saturated life. He is married to Amy, the love of his life, and is the father of three amazing kids. Lenny enjoys exercise, fly-fishing, and eating pretty much anything with cashews in it. Linda Sleeman
First Congregational Church has been part of my life since I was a newborn, and I hold a deep connection to it's history and the people who are part of it. I have been working in the church office for over 30 years, and what I love most is being able to serve others while helping to make FCC a warm, welcoming, safe place for others to come and share the love of Jesus. My husband Scott and I have 3 married children and eight grandchildren. I love spending time with family, reading, crafting and traveling in our RV.

Hunter Renema
A few years ago I was introduced to the staff and congregation here at FCC and was quickly welcomed as one of their own! I’m married to my best friend, Michael, and together we have two beautiful girls. Though my toddlers keep me plenty busy, I enjoy photography and floristry in any spare time I can come by! From the time I gave my life to Christ at 12 years old, I have had a heart for children and mission work. Through this, God has given me many opportunities to serve children and families locally and globally through mission trips and church ministries. I’m confident that the Lord will continue to provide these opportunities as I serve at FCC!
Treasurer
Scott Sleeman
I have been attending FCC for 37 years and enjoy the friendships, fellowship, and Christian teaching I have been part of here. I have a passion for working with numbers and graphs, so being the Treasurer for the last 30 years has been a good fit for me as I serve the Lord through the church. I have been married to Linda for 39 years. Our 3 children have wonderful spouses, and we have been blessed with 8 grandchildren. I recently retired from my fulltime job and now my free time is spent entertaining grandchildren, watching sports, and traveling.

Kim Rayburn
FCC has been my church since I was 3 1/2 years old, so I’ve been attending a very long time! I have witnessed many changes over the years, but what I love the most is how our church has grown in showing grace and kindness to others. I can’t imagine attending church anywhere else. I’ve been married to my husband, Wayne, for almost 43 yrs, we have two daughters (and their husbands), and six grandchildren. Life is wonderful, not a lot of spare time….but love it
